CCTV
Can I watch the cameras on my phone?
Yes. We set up every installation for access from a phone or computer. You watch the footage live, and the system alerts you when it detects movement.
How long is footage kept?
Usually 7 to 30 days, depending on the recorder and the number of cameras. On request we set up longer storage or motion-only recording, which saves disk space.
Do I need a permit to install cameras?
For cameras on a private property a permit is generally not needed. If a camera records a public space or the street, GDPR rules apply and the property must be signposted. We take care of the necessary paperwork.
Alarm systems
How does the alarm work when I'm not home?
The system sends an alert to your phone or an SMS. If you want, we connect the alarm to a response service that comes out on site.
Does the alarm work during a power cut?
Yes. All our alarm systems have a backup battery that keeps the system running for up to 12 hours without power.
Can I control the alarm from my phone?
Yes. Arming, disarming and checking the status are all available in the app, from anywhere.

How long does installation take?
A house or flat usually takes one working day. Larger commercial properties and hotels take 2 to 3 days. Once we agree, we give you an exact date and stick to it.
How much does installation cost?
It depends on the size of the property and the equipment. We give you an exact quote free of charge after seeing the property, with no obligation. You can see an approximate price right away in the configurator.
Do you offer a service contract?
Yes. The annual service contract includes a preventive inspection, priority service and phone support. It isn't mandatory, but we recommend it for commercial properties.
Which equipment brands do you use?
Hikvision, Reolink, Ajax, DSC, Comunello, CAME and BFT. For every property we recommend equipment that fits the needs and the budget, without unnecessarily expensive solutions.
Do you work at weekends and on holidays?
Yes, by arrangement, especially in the season. For emergencies, call us or send a WhatsApp message.
